        In today’s competitive market, companies must work closely with their customers and suppliers if they want to survive and improve their own performance and to provide a better response to market forces. In a typical supply chain, information flow is more important than the other two involved flows including material flow and cash flow. It can be lead to enhance organizational knowledge. The main purpose of the research, is to identify, analyse and improve the performance of an assembly line using simulation techniques. Many factors, such as setup time, operating time, failure rate, repair rate, and production rate, can cause data to be non-stationary. Therefor, in order to analyse such complicated systems it is necessary to apply simulation techniques. The most important properties of an assembly line including bottlenecks, cycle time, buffers capacities, and the number of finished products in a given time period are investigated in the research. After data gathering, and building an appropriate simulation model, the simulation experiments were done with Enterprise Dynamic software. The simulation model is implemented and tested against real-world data and is demenostrated by a numerical example. Then, the bottlenecks and performance measures including throughput time and waiting time are identified and analysed in order to develop a new scenario in which opportunities for improvements are presented. The results show significant improvements in terms of reducing waiting time and increasing efficiencies. Manuscript profile

According to business researchers, achieving a competitive position for the company is possible only by the proper business model. A successful business model indicates a better option so that it can offer greater value to a distinct group of customers and bring greater benefits to the company. At the start of a business, failure to identify an appropriate business model, leads to the failure of organizations to achieving its goals. Despite the importance of this issue, there is no standard for the definitions and components of business models. Hence, in this study, definitions and components of business models are discussed, according to the different approaches in modeling business models. However, merely having a good business model at the inception of a company is not enough; what is more important is utilizing and maintaining a proper business model over the life of the institution.The power of a business model is such that it can be a powerful tool for analyzing, testing, and evaluating organization's strategic options. Therefore, an organization business model evaluation as a strategic decision-making process will never stop and can be a basis for continuous improvement of the business. Business model evaluation differs according to the levels and units of analysis. In this study,by reviewing the different studies, the most important criteria and methods of business model evaluation has been proposed.Business models are the representation of businesses at a specific time. Rapid technological, economical, cultural and political changes lead to a more complex organizations environmentand dynamic business evolution. This causes instability of business models.         In this research some of impressive indices of absorption capacity are specified. In addition the most effective indices in creation of value from foreign technology and using probable opportunities are identified. Literature review, expert opinion considering and growing ideas theorem leads us to a classification for absorption capacity dimensions and finally with a gradual correction, a conceptual model is developed. Based upon basic model, a questionnaire designed with 29 questions and 600 of them distributed in target society. 267 questionnaires returned and the results with Exploratory Function Analysis (EFA) surveyed. In the first step, results showed that there are 9 fundamental factors which consist of 29 main elements and 1 fundamental factor added by using the model which designed with literature review. In the second step, 10 elements of first step had been included in 5 factors. Structural model of equations considered for both two steps. Outcomes confirm the first extracted model. The most important factors specified, are respectively: Maintenance 0.84, Exploring 0.55, interactional competence 0.46, internal capacities 0.35 and evolution 0.21. All of these factors could be an underlay for strategies decisions of Iran. Manuscript profile

        Firm performance is one of the most important criteria for evaluating their success . Given the fact that in recent decades concerns about the environment have increased , small and medium - sized enterprises should implement methods to improve their performance in this area. One of the methods is selection and deployment of green technologies . his concept has grown in recent years and many organizations have used it as an environmental strategy. Considering the fact that the most important issue for any organization is to improve revenue and profitability , green technology can take an important step in this direction by reducing energy consumption, waste reduction and increase in efficiency. The purpose of this work is to investigate the effect of environmental pressure on the firm performance with an emphasis on selection of green technology. Data are collected through the questionnaire and 75 samples from managers of small and medium-sized enterprises of chemical paint production . For testing the conceptual model , structural equation modeling based on partial least squares method is used . The results of this research show that pressure of macroeconomic circumstances has the most influence on the selection of the green technology , hence improving the environmental performance leads to growth in firm performance. It is anticipated with increasing the pressure of macroeconomic circumstance and government support , industries have tendency to selection of green technology. Manuscript profile

        Traditional methods of marketing used to focus on covering a large number of customers with the same advertising methods and did not consider the various customer preferences. Despite the high cost of advertising, a small number of target customers were being attracted by these methods. With the advancement of information technology, Internet, e-commerce, e-business and e-marketing development models, companies can collect user, information in real-time and at a lower cost. The rapid growth of customer data, competition and new IT capabilities have forced companies to improve marketing strategies by taking direct relationship with customers and execute One-to-One marketing. Response modeling can also be employed to increase the chance of success in one-to-one marketing by identifying the customers who are more likely to respond to marketing activities. In this paper, the weaknesses of mass marketing and the need to move towards new methods of marketing have been proposed. After that, the evolution of marketing strategies from mass and traditional marketing to One-to-One electronic marketing by using information technology has been presented. Then it outlines the main components of one-to-one marketing. By applying the concepts that have been presented in this paper, Companies can identify and apply the main components of one-to-one marketing.         In today’s competitive market environment and the global economic system, innovation is the key to success and survival of organizations. In such circumstance, businesses have found that obtaining sustainable competitive advantage is linked to their intellectual capital and the way they manage this valuable asset. In addition, with regard to the rising concern about environment from consumers, governments and different societies all over the world, manufacturers invest in developing programs associated with developing green product, green brand, green technology and green innovation. Review of existing literature revealed that, with some exceptions, the phenomenon of green technological innovation and it’s relation to green intellectual capital have been neglected by organizational scholars. Accordingly, this study investigates the abovementioned relationship. The data in this paper were gathered from a sample of companies operating in oil, gas and petrochemical industry, in Khuzestan. A partial least square (PLS) based structural equation model approach were applied to assess the study conceptual model and hypotheses. The results suggest that all three dimensions of green intellectual capital in terms of structural capital, human capital and relational capital are positively related to green technological innovation.         Nowadays, the sustainable development has become an ideal and great challenge. The universities are obligated to realize this ideal in higher education, and undoubtedly, the role of universities in sustainable development is undeniable. In the meantime, the appearance of entrepreneurial university is a response to increasingly importance of knowledge in the national and regional innovation system and new understanding of university; i.e. the institution which is counted as a factor for development, knowledge and technology transfer, and the source of creative inventions, and is good and thrifty economically. Therefore, present research is conducted to explain and investigate the entrepreneurial university model toward achievement of sustainable development in Mazandaran universities. This research, in terms of purpose, is an applied research, and in terms of data gathering, is a descriptive research. First, by means of literature review and interview with experts, the primiarly questionnaire is designed and the principal indices of entrepreneurial university model are extracted. Then, the FDEMATEL is used to explore the causal relations between variables, and finally, the (FDISM) is used to design the structural model. Results showed, among explored indices, five variables play a causal role and five variables play an effectual role. Results of fuzzy weighting technique showed, among explored indices, the indices of vision, mission, and strategy in university possess the most weight and importance. Also, FDISM approach showed the variables have been categorized into seven levels, and the variables of vision, mission, and strategy in university, leadership in university, and organizational structure and design in university are more influential as infrastructural factors.         Environmental problems with economic and social inequalities caused by the industrial revolution led to intensifying the rise of movements and ideas in the second half of the 20th century to achieve a balanced development in different fields, which can be referred to as sustainable development theory. Achieving the goals of sustainable development in the field of architecture requires attention to all environmental, economic, and social aspects. Studies have shown that sustainable architecture, especially later-related movements, which utilize modern technologies in design and construction fields, are more suited to such goals. In this regard, computer-based design technologies, as effective instruments, played a significant role in achieving sustainability goals. This research investigates the amount of the effects of building information modeling (BIM) applications in different stages of the design process on achieving sustainability goals. The research method is descriptive-analytic. So indicators related to the use of BIM in sustainability achievement were collected through the library sources and case studies that contain sustainable buildings, which were designed using BIM applications. Then, by performing a hierarchical analysis based on the criteria derived from theoretical foundations, the authors concluded that the major BIM effects in achieving sustainability are due to the possibility of using dynamic analysis in the early stages of the design process, particularly the conceptual design stage as well as the establishment of effective interactions between engineers and other stakeholders.         With the advent of the Internet and Coronavirus outbreak, e-learning environments and web-based learning, there has been a considerable growth and development in recent months and years, but this type of education faces many challenges. The most important of these challenges are the use of learning patterns, modeling student behavior, evaluating student support and feedback, curriculum planning, sequencing, and teacher support. One way to deal with these challenges is to find effective factors on accepting and improving the quality of education in learning systems, discovering rules and educational patterns, and using them to predict future outcomes. The aim of this study is to identify factors affecting the adoption of e-learning, based on the technology acceptance model. For this purpose, studies in this area were investigated. Variables such as computer self-efficacy, quality of content, system support, user interface design, technology tools and computer anxiety as factors affecting adoption of e-learning system were extracted. According to them, the conceptual model of this research was developed. In order to evaluate the model and relationships between variables, a questionnaire was provided to the users of e-learning system in Qazvin University of Medical Sciences. The results of data analysis by using structural equation modeling have approved authenticity of all hypotheses excluding the impact of technology tools on the acceptance of e-learning system. Findings of this research can help educational managers of university and related instructors with this system to encourage students making optimum use of the system by providing the necessary fields for the imposition of effective factors.         The Innovation Hub is a unique research and innovation ecosystem. It is a global environment that attracts high quality academic members, researchers, students, innovators and entrepreneurs. Innovation Hub as essential components of knowledge-based economic and social development in the innovation ecosystem have been expanding in recent years and have been considered by science and technology policymakers in countries during the growth mechanisms of technology businesses. For the growth of technological innovations in developing countries, it is necessary to have a deeper knowledge and understanding of the processes of innovation development structures in order to achieve the desired effectiveness in implementation and modeling, so the present study seeks to aim at how the Technology Innovation Hub modelis. In this study, a qualitative and quantitative mixed method was used. Researchers identified key factors in creating the innovation hub by library studies and interviews with experts. These factors included six dimensions of network and social interaction, infrastructure and resources, the existence of innovative and knowledge-based companies, institutional factors, team and structure. In this study, using Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) method, the factors affecting the creation of the Technology Innovation Hub were superficially prioritized and the relationships between the factors were calculated. The results showed that the management team factor and the structure with high degree of permeability and low dependence have had the greatest impact on the relationships between the factors.         Entering the age that is common in the information society, entrepreneurship in the digital space as a new approach to starting businesses based on a new thinking and idea has found a prominent place among service and production activists. He was the founder of Mazandaran province that structural and interpretive modeling method was used in designing this model. The research method was descriptive-correlational. According to the research background,39components were selected in the form of seven dimensions (structural-strategy-management-people-technology-content-environment).Then,the opinions of 20 university professors and managers of knowledge-based companies who were experts in the field of digital entrepreneurship were used. Interpretive structural modeling and MICMAC analysis were used to cluster the dimensions of digital entrepreneurship. ISM results showed that the foundation of digital entrepreneurship is first (structural-technological), second (managerial), third (strategy) and fourth (people-content-environmental). Also, after MICMAC analysis, the dimensions (structural-technology) in the independent cluster and the dimensions (individuals-content-environment) in the dependent cluster and the dimensions (strategy-management) in the autonomous cluster were included.         The purpose of this study is to present a localized content analysis model of four pillars of knowledge management based on the continuous change approach. This study is the practical research in terms of orientation. The statistical population includes academic experts and theoretical experts. Theoretical experts include university professors who are knowledgeable in the field of knowledge management. Experimental experts also include managers with more than 15 years of experience in the Export Development Bank. Non-probabilistic and purposeful methods have been used for sampling. The sampling process continued and finally 11 experts participated in this stage. Using qualitative analysis of grounded theory, a number of concepts of extraction and coding of indicators were performed. Following the research process and its quantitative part, by performing the fuzzy Delphi technique in 3 rounds, the criteria obtained from the qualitative analysis of the research were screened and validated. Then, ISM method was used to identify the relationships of the localized model of the four pillars of knowledge management based on the continuous change approach and to reflect the internal relationships between the criteria. Based on data analysis in the structural-interpretive modeling section, knowledge management (WM) is first level or dependent. The variables of organizational leadership (OL), organizational culture (OC), organizational technology (OT), organizational learning (LO) are the second level. The variable of continuous change (CC) is the third level.         Cloud accounting not only introduces specific risks to the accounting process, but also some of the known risks associated with other cloud-based applications. Considering the great importance of risk reduction strategies in accepting cloud accounting, the aim of this study is to investigate the strategies for reducing cloud accounting risks in Iran using structural-interpretive modeling. the research methodology is a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods that are used to collect the components of strategies for reducing cloud accounting risks from a qualitative method by examining theoretical foundations and performing fuzzy Delphi analysis with the participation of 16 accounting faculty members as experts. In a small part, through the formation of its own structural interaction matrix, it seeks structural-interpretive modeling, which has been done in this part with the participation of 12 faculty members in the field of accounting. the results show that the most basic strategies to reduce cloud accounting risks are based on the prioritization of the acceptance plan. Also at the highest level and least effective strategies to reduce the risks of cloud accounting is to provide timely and adequate training for employees. the most important strategy is to reduce the risks of cloud accounting and should be considered more than other strategies. research findings can fill the research gap in the field of cloud accounting and be useful for managers in decision making.         By increasing the role of innovation in the economy of countries and turning it into the most important competitive advantage, attention to this concept has increased. Analysis and design of systems that foster innovation have thus been the focus of science and technology policymakers in recent years. One of these systems that have generated many debates in the scientific and professional communities in the field of innovation over the past decade is the innovation ecosystem. Iran’s power and water industry, including numerous companies, research and technology organizations, technological and knowledge-based companies, and supporting institutions can be considered an innovation ecosystem whose elements interact with each other to exchange value to reach the goal of providing reliable and sustainable water and electricity for the society. This article is the result of a project to analyze, design, and establish the energy innovation ecosystem. In this direction and based on soft modeling methods, role analysis and mapping workshops were held with stakeholders and key players of the energy innovation ecosystem. The approach of complex adaptive systems was used to identify and analyze the dynamics of this ecosystem. Based on the obtained results, the roles and duties of each of the actors of Niro's innovation ecosystem were obtained in the form of an aligned structure including two levels of counter and support elements in the scope of the commercialization process. The results of this article can provide researchers and activists in this field with a new perspective on the policy-making of innovation ecosystems. Manuscript profile
